Thyroid Initial Nutrition Consultation — $225 Personalised nutrition support for clients wanting to better understand their thyroid health, energy, metabolism, digestion, nutrient status and overall wellbeing. This consultation includes a detailed review of your health history, current symptoms, dietary patterns, lifestyle factors, medication use, previous thyroid history and health goals. Where available, please bring or upload recent blood test results, including: TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, thyroid antibodies such as TPO antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies, iron studies, vitamin B12, vitamin D and homocysteine. These results are reviewed in context alongside your symptoms, diet and health history to help guide personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. All digital records are stored securely. Fees & Cancellation Policy Fees Fees are payable at the time of booking consultation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. (Surcharges may apply.) Cancellations To help us serve all clients effectively: 24+ hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. If you are unwell or experiencing extenuating circumstances, please notify us as early as possible to discuss options. Informed Consent By commencing care with ClinicalNutritionbyOla, you confirm that: You understand that nutritional consultations are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. The service provided is focused on dietary, lifestyle, and nutritional support to promote general health and wellbeing. You will inform your practitioner of any changes to your medications, health status, or relevant test results. You will not cease or alter prescribed medication without guidance from your medical practitioner. Private health fund rebates Private health fund rebates may be available for Clinical Nutrition consultations depending on your insurer, your level of extras cover, and whether my provider registration is accepted by your fund.
