Fees & Cancellation Policy

Fees are payable at the time of booking consultation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. (Surcharges may apply.)
Cancellations
To help us serve all clients effectively:

24+ hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
If you are unwell or experiencing extenuating circumstances, please notify us as early as possible to discuss options.
Informed Consent
By commencing care with Clinical Nutrition by Ola, you confirm that:

You understand that nutritional consultations are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

The service provided is focused on dietary, lifestyle, and nutritional support to promote general health and wellbeing.

You will inform your practitioner of any changes to your medications, health status, or relevant test results.

You will not cease or alter prescribed medication without guidance from your medical practitioner.
