Your consultation may include: Review of your microbiome report Explanation of key microbial findings Microbial diversity and functional insights Review of digestive symptoms and current diet Personalised nutrition recommendations Fibre, plant diversity and prebiotic guidance Practitioner-only supplement guidance where appropriate If you have completed a Microba Microbiome Explorer test, your results can be reviewed alongside your health history and individual nutrition goals. All digital records are stored securely. Fees & Cancellation Policy Fees Fees are payable at the time of booking consultation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, and bank transfers. (Surcharges may apply.) Cancellations To help us serve all clients effectively: 24+ hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee. If you are unwell or experiencing extenuating circumstances, please notify us as early as possible to discuss options. Informed Consent By commencing care with ClinicalNutritionbyOla, you confirm that: You understand that nutritional consultations are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. The service provided is focused on dietary, lifestyle, and nutritional support to promote general health and wellbeing. You will inform your practitioner of any changes to your medications, health status, or relevant test results. You will not cease or alter prescribed medication without guidance from your medical practitioner. Private health fund rebates Private health fund rebates may be available for Clinical Nutrition consultations depending on your insurer, your level of extras cover, and whether my provider registration is accepted by your fund. Please check directly with your health fund before booking.
